“Dressed to Impress” Baked Crab with Chips & Green Salad

Chef Adam’s decadent take on the classic dressed crab ~ one of the most more-ish dishes to come out of his kitchen, ever!

Ingredients

  • 2 x Ready-to-Bake Dressed Crabs
  • 50ml Pot of Seafood Dressing
  • 100g Mixed Salad Leaves
  • 500g Potatoes

Method

  1. Set your oven onto a high heat around 200C – 220C.
  2. Wash then cut your potatoes into 1cm thick slices then into 1cm thick sticks. Place them into a roasting tin and drizzle with oil of your choice (we recommend rapeseed oil), ensuring each chip is evenly coated, and season well. Bake for about 15 – 20 minutes turning once or twice until golden brown and crisp
  3. Place the Ready-to bake crabs into the oven at the same time for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and crisp on top
  4. Wash, drain and dress the mixed salad leaves in a bowl using the seafood dressing
  5. To serve , arrange the crabs, chips and salad leaves onto plates.
