caught it, so you can be sure it is fresh and where it came from, or would you
prefer to buy an anonymous lump in a plastic pack ?

With Fish and Lobster you now have a choice. We are a small
business, but with the advantages of 30 years catching it, and a love of
everything fishy, direct access to the boats that catch it, today's transport
systems, and direct contact with our customers through the Internet, we can
supply the freshest fish and shellfish you can buy.
We don't have to buy in bulk
or buy to a price, with fish our only consideration is the
quality.Having a comparatively short "shelf life", as some would
describe it, fish is only ever at it's best, for flavour and texture, when it is
really fresh.
Some advertise their highest quality by marking it "taste the difference", our
fish is all of that quality or better. We don't hide behind a variety of
cleverly written descriptions, such as "block Cod", or sell you imported or
thawed out fish as fresh, nor do we need vast premises and endless storage space
as our fish doesn't hang around long enough to need it.
Our only limitation is that the fish you want may not always be available if
the boats can't catch it, or the weather is too bad for them to get to sea, but
if it was available, then it couldn't possibly be fresh enough for us or you. If
you want cheap fish, then the local Supermarket, online or on land, is your best
bet, but if you want fish or shellfish as it should be, compare our prices on
our online shop, we won't always be the cheapest but we will certainly be
the best.
After spending 30 years of my life catching fish for a living,
we decided it was time for me to come ashore and use our experience as a fishing
