2 x 170g (6oz) chunky coley or cod fillet,
skinned
dash lemon or lime juice salt and pepper 30g (1 oz) butter 2 x 5ml spoon (2 teaspoons) Worcestershire or brown sauce 1 x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) mustard 1 x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) light brown sugar |

MICROWAVE METHOD
Place the fish into a suitable dish. In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients together and brush over the fish. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes (6-7 if frozen). Season and serve with jacket potatoes or chips and vegetables.
